With over 15 years of experience, Joshua manages over 40 engineering drafting and design staff for our Community Development team. He’s experienced in the review of preliminary servicing requirements, overall subdivision design, roadway design, contract administration, project scheduling, cost estimating, and budget control.
Josh facilitates the seamless execution and successful delivery of our client's programs. Guiding programs from conception to implementation, he collaborates with various stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of quality throughout project delivery. Josh is known for his ability to proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency enhancements, and workflow automation, and he’s driven to streamline program delivery and maximize resource utilization.
Outside of work, Josh revels in the role of a proud girl dad to two budding ski racers. Whether they’re biking, skiing or hiking, these outdoor adventures bring them closer together and instills an appreciation for calling Calgary home.
