With more than 20 years of experience, Pamela brings her passion for water to a range of water resources engineering projects. She takes great pride as a water resource engineer because civil engineers are advancing the development of systems to reliably deliver clean water.
Pamela knows as the populations of cities and other municipal areas grow, maintaining sustained access to enough clean, potable water becomes more important. So, creating projects that make better use of non-potable waters is equally important to lessen the potable water demands. Pamela’s favorite memories all involve water, so it means a lot to her that future generations can create their own memories involving water. She is proud to have designed a storm water collection and reuse distribution system that—in 2019 alone—saved more than 19 million gallons of supplemental ground water by using recycled water on an industrial campus.
When she isn’t working or driving kids around, Pamela enjoys finding excuses to giggle, hike and ski in the mountains, and watch movies with her husband and three daughters.
