Madison understands that communities are a building block of society and a fundamental part of who we are. Born and raised in Thunder Bay, she has a strong sense of purpose supporting local communities through projects that advance the quality of life in communities across northern Ontario. Madison focuses on collaboration to strengthen our team’s ability to collectively work together toward shared success.
Working in a variety of capacities, Madison has had the opportunity to collaborate with a range of operational teams across Canada. Her unique experience in marketing and community engagement and focus on strategy and innovation allow her to naturally evolve and navigate dynamic opportunities. Madison is especially proud to support community engagement activities on a number of infrastructure projects, including the Kashechewan First Nation Road to Site 5 Project, and the Berens River Bridge and Road Project that connected seven remote First Nation communities.
When she’s not working, Madison enjoys running, hiking, mountain biking, and cooking Italian food.
