Susan has done a lot in her career, and all her experience has gifted her with the skill set of a connection maker. In her work as brand ambassador for Stantec.io, she helps build bridges between the transformational problem solvers among Stantec’s many data scientists and engineers and the needs of our clients and the communities we serve.
As a leader in our Digital Services group, Susan has worked on several projects across our service spectrum, from flood modeling projects that have lifesaving potential to readiness assessments that help fast-growing communities prepare for smart mobility solutions. A project type that she loves is connecting underserved communities with funds to help them develop the solutions they need to be resilient.
Crediting those who helped light her path to success, Susan is committed to giving back to the next generation. She’s an advocate and mentor to women and minority professionals in the Women’s Leadership Initiative, MAPPS, and NSGIC organizations.
