Haley is an electrical engineering technologist educated in managing the electrical project life cycle from the design phase to delivery and implementation. She specializes in alternative energy and renewable energy installations and integrations. In her daily work, she enjoys being able to set up future generations with innovative ways to produce and provide clean energy for their day-to-day needs.
Working on both new construction and existing facilities, Haley develops designs for generating power and enhancing aesthetics. She meets demanding group objectives through employee training, motivation, and performance management. Additionally, she provides top-notch technical, quality, and production leadership to assigned teams and values safety on construction sites.
When she’s not working on her latest renewable energy project, Haley enjoys being outside and gardening. Her favorite indoor activities are CrossFit and cooking.
