With a doctorate in natural resources and environmental studies, Fabienne uses her expertise to manage projects in urban spaces. As a human environment discipline leader, she engages with the public on, supervises, and reviews issues related to economic development of historical territories and the conservation of architectural heritage.
Passionate about working on unique and complex projects, Fabienne strives to understand existing urban environments and help improve the quality of life for those who live there. Specializing in coastal community planning, she’s particularly fond of working on our projects in the Basse-Côte-Nord, a region she hopes to help revitalize.
Away from project work, Fabienne sits on the research committee for the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2). And having taught high school and then university for fifteen years, she still actively volunteers with schools in her community.
