Ron Lafond

Ron specializes in wastewater facility planning, design, and construction. He is known for forging strong relationships with clients, working with them closely to determine their needs and deliver design solutions that solve their problems. One of the most rewarding projects Ron has worked on during his career was a wastewater treatment facility in a small city in Minnesota—it was the positive, productive relationships between the owner, engineer, and contractor that were formed that made it memorable. Ron grew up in a military family and spent five years in the United States Air Force before joining Stantec.
