Laura has a passion for travel and a severe dislike of sitting in traffic, which led to her decision to become a transportation engineer. As a certified professional engineer with nearly 20 years of civil engineering experience, she’s worked on roadway, light rail and streetcar, traffic, drainage, and utility projects.
With an eye for detail and strong coordination skills, Laura makes smooth project delivery a priority. She applied the skills to her work on the Tempe Streetcar project and the design concept study for James Ranch Road.
When she isn’t helping improve how we get around, you’ll find Laura planning her next adventure with her husband, two young daughters, and husky, Bowie.
