Vijesh, a regional sector leader in our Wastewater group, sees his work as not only a technical discipline, but as an important role in society. As a practicing engineer in the wastewater discipline, he feels a responsibility to promote access to necessities like clean water, and a healthy environment, for everyone. Looking beyond water as a stand-alone business offering, Vijesh sees opportunities in the industry as a critical catalyst for integrating different technologies to create a more sustainable world.
A leader who also counts himself a team player, he collaborates to promote the synergy of the group and capitalize on their collective strength to achieve outcomes. He enjoys opportunities to work with different clients and teams involving wastewater and solid waste projects of varying sizes and complexity, learning to adapt to any project conditions. Vijesh also enjoys applying his financial management skills and strategies to optimize the profitability of a project, while maintaining the highest quality.
Away from work, for Vijesh, family comes first. He enjoys busy weekends with his wife and two children, sometimes taking scenic drives in the beautiful Poconos region. He is also an ardent Indian classical music fan and serves on the board of directors of the Kerala Association Of New Jersey to promote Indian culture.
