Rail is a critical part of New Zealand’s infrastructure and transportation system. It connects communities and keeps the country moving, passenger and freight alike. In charge of growing our rail capability and market share in New Zealand, Kieran leads the delivery of transportation projects for clients while mentoring his team to be the next industry leaders. He brings a deep understanding of the rail network’s operations, risks, and constraints, which helps him engage with clients, understand their needs, and find successful solutions.
Kieran has worked in the rail industry as a client, contractor, and now a consultant, giving him a unique and multifaceted perspective. Most recently, he has been working with Hastings District Council to lead recovery efforts following Cyclone Gabrielle. He loves the collaboration opportunities this role provides, working with multiple contractors and consultants to rebuild the region and reconnect communities.
Away from rail and transport projects, Kieran jumps at any opportunity to go for a skate. He loves all things ice hockey and cheers for the Anaheim Ducks and the Las Vegas Golden Knights.
