Since 1995, Pete has been a leader in visioning and designing development projects throughout Wisconsin. He’s taken dozens of conservation subdivision projects from the day one visionary phase through complete project design, permitting, and construction oversight.
Pete’s ability to implement cost effective, practical designs for a multitude of commercial and residential projects has proven to be a large part of many successful projects. He has expertise on the design and implementation of large-scale on-site wastewater systems—something that allows large developments to be successful without the necessity of connection to a municipal sewer and water system. This skillset has led him to being a leader in designing campgrounds, rural gas stations, resorts, subdivisions, as well as many commercial projects.
When not working you may find Pete trail riding a horse, motorcycle, or snowmobile. He also enjoys working on improving his property by building stands and planting food plots for deer season. Pete is also trying to prioritize more time to get out bass and walleye fishing in Sturgeon Bay.
