Molly thrives on variety. As a senior planner, she finds that every day is different. Town planning is affected by continual changes through politics, sustainability goals, or net zero ambition and she rises to each challenge, leading medium to large mixed use and residential planning applications.
Helping to build and empower community aspirations, Molly is passionate about her work—whether it’s Shinfield Studios, the Boulton Moor sustainable urban extension, or Longcross Garden Village where she led the production and coordination of the planning application and consultant team. Longcross Garden Village is Runnymede Borough Council’s largest allocation for 1,700 homes and she’s proud of her role in the project. People focused, Molly also organizes internal events such as Stantec in the Community Week and integration events where she focuses on helping build personal and professional relationships within the wider business.
When she’s not delivering new homes, Molly enjoys keeping fit, especially when it comes to walking her rescue dog, and hiking.
