Lule brings years of architectural design experience and analytical thinking to her work, creating and implementing high-performance workspaces for her clients that enhance the employee and customer experience. In her leadership role, she’s committed to thoughtful, research-based problem solving that supports business goals and delivers the vision of each project.
Working in a diverse range of projects across the United States in many industries, Lule focuses on commercial facilities—from regional retail, office, technology, financial, and corporate facilities, to parking structures. Recent projects of note include the highly anticipated and first-of-its-kind Tesla Diner and EV charging, Tesla Sales-service-delivery facilities across North America, auto retail facilities such as Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes, Audi showroom and services, as well as financial facilities such as Farmers and Merchants Bank. Her collaborative approach forms a bridge in communication between the brand, client, local jurisdictions, and the internal integrated design team.
When she’s not leading and inspiring her team, Lule enjoys traveling and exploring with her two boys and her husband. She loves cooking, fitness, and hiking—and brings the inspiration she finds in fashion and design to her daily work.
