With several years in the infrastructure maintenance and reconstruction industry, Roger has dedicated himself to improving systems and delivering quality results. He’s worked on projects for public and private clients, focusing on maintenance and reconstruction of underground facilities, concrete, and asphalt.
In his current role as a senior associate and final acceptance specialist, Roger coordinates work between contactors and city inspectors, fostering relationships and overseeing the completion of necessary documents for approvals. He also supervises maintenance and reconstruction efforts and trains new and seasonal staff. Additionally, he assists with estimating and the preparation of contract documents and schedules.
When he isn’t busy facilitating infrastructure maintenance and reconstruction projects, you’ll find Roger out biking, running, or skiing. Some days he prefers to stick closer to home and refine his woodworking and gardening skills
