A port and coastal engineer, Scott has more than 25 years of experience designing and delivering major marine infrastructure projects across the Southeast US and the Caribbean. His work spans the entire engineering process from concept planning and feasibility to final design and construction. Past project work includes cruise and ferry terminals, cargo, and liquefied natural gas facilities as well navigation channel dredging and shoreline protection.
Scott thrives on solving complex challenges through clear communication, creative problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail. Whether acting as the owner’s representative, design lead, or construction manager, he brings a comprehensive perspective to every project. His expertise in coastal processes, mooring analyses, marine facility design as well as his in-depth experience in alternative procurement strategies such as design-bid-build and public-private partnership helps clients receive innovative, sustainable solutions tailored to their needs.
When he isn’t working on marine infrastructure, Scott enjoys accumulating new hobbies such as running, biking, kayaking, and playing ice hockey, as well as working on his classic car. He also serves on his local planning, zoning adjustment board.
