A senior principal based in our Lexington, Kentucky, office, Joe applies the knowledge he has gained over his nearly 30 years the industry to the design and evaluation of municipal sanitary and stormwater infrastructure. He specializes in inflow and infiltration (I&I) studies and sanitary sewer evaluations studies (SSES). He also has experience with engineering assessments, master planning, rehabilitation planning, capacity assurance programs, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and engineering design.
Joe balances a hands-on approach with a data-drive philosophy, believing that having first-hand knowledge how SSES and related investigations are performed allows one to better interpret collected data.
When he isn’t busy with I&I, SSES, or other studies, you can find Joe puttering about his workshop. An amateur woodworker, he’s proud to still have all 10 fingers fully intact.
