A senior management consultant, Mohamed has nearly 15 years of experience with infrastructure management projects in North America and the Middle East. His current focus is strategic advisory roles for transformation projects. He’s managing the delivery of transformation programs for government agencies to implement major projects, such as public-private partnership contracts, or improving and addressing operational challenges.
Throughout the years, Mohamed has developed a strong background in guiding clients in the management of their infrastructure assets by implementing systems and tools to aid in decision-making. His experience working with various levels of government agencies includes business transformation and change management projects that enable strategic transformation in organizations.
When he isn’t busy helping clients manage their assets, Mohamed enjoys practicing his urban and street photography. On the weekends, however, you’ll most like find him under the hood of his car.
