A demonstrated leader, Mark has an ability to account for a broad range of considerations in his technical work in the areas of transportation engineering and planning, airport planning, road safety, strategy development, and infrastructure investment planning. Having graduated with a master of business administration and master of environmental policy from the University of Oxford as a Rhodes scholar, Mark strives to align his work so that public and environmental values are preserved in transportation projects.
