As a seasoned electrical and controls engineer, Tim brings over two decades of experience to his work and project management. He has worked in many industry sectors from food and beverage and bulk grain, and material handling to water treatment and utilities, among others—and has extensive knowledge of many industry code and standard publications.
Tim’s electrical engineering experience includes building and facility electrical infrastructure design, loading calculations, and lighting design and specification. When it comes to safety, he’s well-versed in grounding and bonding, lightning protection, and electrical safety programs. His controls engineering experience includes programming, control panel design and inspection, and instrumentation specifying and calibration. Recent project highlights for Tim? Working on food and beverage manufacturing systems engineering for sugar beets in North Dakota, and soybean prep and extraction in Missouri.
When he’s not engineering electrical solutions for industry, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and two young boys—he coaches his sons’ football and baseball teams. He also likes being outdoors playing golf, hunting, fishing, and camping.
