A team lead for our Environmental Services group, Steve is a project manager and an environmental scientist with over a decade of experience. His background in the assessment of contaminated sites includes acting as the lead environmental scientist or project manager for environmental site assessments, monitoring programs, and remediations across Southern and Northern Ontario, the Maritimes, and Arctic regions.
After graduating from the University of Guelph with a bachelors in environmental science, Steve began his career as a junior site assessor and worked his way up to managing complex projects in remote locations as a team lead. He is currently managing the long-term monitoring program for the Bullmoose-Ruth Area Mine Sites Remediation project, a series of abandoned gold mines east of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.
When he isn’t leading his team on environmental service projects, Steve spends his time at the hockey rink, on the tennis courts, traveling, or visiting friends and family.
