Working with our team in St. John’s, Newfoundland, John acts as the design team leader on our projects, creating and coordinating innovative and sustainable multidisciplinary design solutions from inception through to completion.
With a particular interest in civic and public sector projects, John has experience across all sectors and across the world. Working internationally in culturally diverse environments has taught him a lot about teamwork and the importance of communication. He’s known for his ability to listen, learn, and engage with multiple stakeholders to produce contextual design solutions which have a sense of belonging and lasting architectural value. John understands the importance of preserving our historic buildings and human scale placemaking and sits on the City of St. John’s Built Heritage Experts Panel.
An avid cyclist, John loves to be outside riding on the amazing Newfoundland trails. This interest extends to serving as the Director of Coaching for Bicycle Newfoundland and Labrador and helping to develop the sport through events and coaching of the Provincial Development Team.
