Ashley specializes in water resources engineering including strategies for total maximum daily load (TMDL) implementation, municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) program management and permit support, and stormwater management (SWM) planning and design.
She’s supported clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic on projects including Chesapeake Bay TMDL nutrient load estimation and reduction strategies, best management practices (BMP) designs, asset management solutions, and MS4 program implementations and process improvement initiatives. Ashley has served on numerous technical advisory committees for the development of TMDLs, watershed implementation plans, and various stormwater-related permits.
In addition to keeping her engineering skills sharp, Ashley is also practicing her kayaking skills, though the outings frequently involve swimming.
