As an experienced construction services manager with our Transportation group, Victor focuses on construction project management best practices, delivering a variety of client transportation projects. He’s passionate about delivering transformative transportation and civil improvement projects.
With more than two decades of public service, Victor’s built strong relationships and gained a wealth of knowledge through his work at the Maryland Department of Transportation, State Highway Administration (SHA), on many projects throughout the state. He’s been involved at every level from the simplest projects to the largest complex transportation projects awarded at the SHA. He leverages his knowledge and experience to manage construction projects for clients throughout Virginia and Maryland.
Away from his construction management work, Victor enjoys making lasting family memories in the Metro Washington area or on family trips abroad. He also likes spending time outdoors, fishing, camping, and hiking with friends and family.
