In his more than 20 years of experience, Lance has held a variety of positions in the industrial sector—including nuclear, pulp and paper, energy, mining, and food processing. At the start of his career, Lance was primarily focused on power distribution and design, building electrical systems, and automation and controls.
As our nuclear sector lead, Lance provides guidance and support for nuclear clients and projects across North America. Focusing on the application of our Nuclear Quality Assurance Program, project planning, and performance within his team, Lance has designed and supported numerous domestic and international projects over the course of his career.
When it does come time to unplug, however, exploring nature is Lance’s other passion. Whether he’s fly fishing or camping with his family, Lance enjoys time spent outdoors where he can connect with the environment.
