A seasoned, multidisciplinary environmental professional, Pascale specializes in climate change adaptation. She’s made climate change her life’s work—she holds a master's degree in climate change, a specialized graduate diploma in sustainability management, and a bachelor's degree in biology—and it’s the focus of her professional work.
Pascale conducts climate change vulnerability and risk assessments for infrastructure such as airports, coastal installations, and buildings, as well as adaptation and resilience plans for cities. Recently, she participated in the City of Drummondville's Climate Change Adaptation Plan, which profiles the municipality's vulnerabilities and climate risks, and proposes an adaptation plan designed to promote resilience.
When she's not in the stands supporting her four hockey-playing sons, Pascale helps them discover, appreciate, and respect nature and the great outdoors.
