A passionate waterfront structural engineer, Bill enjoys the unique challenges every project presents. He’s worked on marine structures for port facilities, ferry landings, offshore wind facilities, U.S. Department of Defense facilities, marinas, and seawalls. With experience in steel, concrete, timber, and aluminum structures, he can design berthing systems, mooring systems, foundation systems, and floating structures.
Coordinating with multiple disciplines, Bill has worked on a variety of projects from a simple pier to large scale site development. He readily engages throughout the project, from construction administration and site inspection to project management. Regardless of the project’s scale, he takes pride in his work and works closely with his colleagues, the contractor, and client.
Away from his structural design work, Bill enjoys reading and writing. When he isn’t working on his manuscript, he likes being active, working out, running, hiking, and camping.
