Shaun brings over two decades of dedicated leadership and expertise to his role as a regional leader, prioritizing business operations and team collaboration. He established a distinguished career in design across diverse projects, but particularly in water infrastructure, throughout North America.
Pursuing a lifelong passion for engineering, Shaun began from an early age to chart a clear path toward becoming a structural engineer helping design everything from bridges to water pumping stations. He quickly ascended to the role of chief structural engineer and business center operations leader for our Water sector. Now, he guides his team in delivering innovative projects and building strong relationships with clients.
When he’s not steering regional business strategies, Shaun cherishes time with his family exploring local parks and enjoying outdoor activities. He also serves in his community by coaching his sons’ soccer teams and providing mentorship to their clubs.
