As the physical environment team lead for the Ontario environmental services group, Roger combines his multiple decades of project management experience with his vast hydrogeology understanding to contribute to our clients' strategic business direction.
Roger identifies the right team allocation for every project, ensuring expert technical knowledge and advice is delivered to clients while overseeing and assessing quality on major environmental programs. He has a deep understanding of groundwater supply exploration and development, source water protection, and contaminant hydrogeology. If you ask him, Roger won’t hesitate to tell you that the best part of his job are the people he gets to work with every day—together, they’re building a team of specialists in the areas of air quality, climate risk, resilience and sustainability, noise, vibration and acoustics, surface hydrology, and hydrogeology.
When he’s not working, Roger enjoys outdoor activities like fishing and hunting in Northern Ontario.
