Theresa is a licensed geologist who manages environmental investigation and remediation services and works with both large- and small- scale petroleum and hazardous waste clients. Her tasks include environmental due diligence, risk assessment, site investigation, remedial action, project and construction management and oversight, environmental compliance, and investigation.
As a senior project manager, Theresa manages projects under brownfield redevelopment assessment and clean up grants, voluntary cleanup, and state cleanup programs. She assists clients with regulatory agency negotiations to move environmental-related sites to regulatory closure. She’s also led performance-based remediation contract proposals for multiple United States Army Corps of Engineers and Air Force Civil Engineer Center bases and installations across the United States.
When she isn’t working on environmental investigations and remediation efforts, you’ll find Theresa outdoors with her husband and dogs, hiking local trails, exploring new places, baking, and going to the gym.
