Lisa brings over 17 years of strong federal experience to her role as disaster recovery program director. Today, she focuses on developing and leading our nationwide disaster recovery services to support our client’s when disasters occur within their communities.
Over the course of her career, Lisa has managed federal grant programs providing housing and community development funding to tribes, states, local governments, and non-profits. Her work has allowed her to support organizations providing housing and economic opportunities for low-income community members and working towards ending homelessness. Previously, Lisa served FEMA as the director responsible for implementing federal disaster recovery programs in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest assisting survivors and affected communities. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, she’s driven by a commitment to service.
When she isn't hiking or paddle boarding in the mountains or the sound, Lisa can often be found supporting Seattle sports.
