With over five years of assessments and permitting experience, Erica works in the threatened and endangered species domain for transportation and energy projects. Getting her start in conservation planning and transportation, she’s forged a strong path in her career by finding innovative solutions for her clients to navigate regulatory hurdles in permitting. Her thorough knowledge of the National Environmental Policy Act and Endangered Species Act makes her a strong asset to any project dealing with complex threatened and endangered species challenges. Her experience reaches across several sectors including transportation, renewable energy, and energy transmission.
Erica’s most notable work includes supporting transportation clients with joining the Nationwide Candidate Conservation Agreement with Assurances for Monarch Butterfly on Energy and Transportation Lands which has included deliverables on public outreach, executive white papers, cost benefit analyses, habitat sampling, and remote sensing.
Beyond work, Erica enjoys getting outside with her partner and their dogs to do gardening, hiking, hunting, and fishing.
