As a GIS analyst with over a decade of experience, Aaron develops maps and organizes spatial information for water-resource and environmental management-based projects throughout North America. His projects relate to water and soil activities, including Phase I and II environmental site assessments and geotechnical investigation for a variety of clients. He’s worked with local, regional, and provincial government clients as well as the private sector by providing insight and producing visual outputs.
Working as the GIS discipline lead for several mining projects in northern Manitoba, Aaron has also supported the water resources and geochemistry disciplines by developing spatial products for model development and implementation. He assists with building terrain models by delineating subwatersheds using digital elevation and bathymetric data.
When he’s not creating maps and visuals for clients, Aaron enjoys playing hockey, running, and spending time with family. He also loves traveling and attending live sporting events.
