Tasmin believes that working together is the best way to solve today’s challenges. She started her career in construction and then transitioned to design in Australia, working in the Alliance programs and cutting her teeth on the ultimate alternative delivery contracts.
Today, Tasmin directly manages the larger alternative project delivery jobs on the US West Coast, along with providing executive oversight for project managers working on projects with complex delivery models all over North America. One of her current projects is the $580 million San Fernando Groundwater Remediation project, which is in the final stages of commissioning two new groundwater treatment plants to provide up to 20 percent of Los Angeles’ drinking water.
When she isn’t working on major projects, Tasmin recharges by spending time outdoors—backcountry camping in Northern California, hiking to a waterfall, skiing, sailing in the San Francisco Bay, or paddleboarding on a lake somewhere—often with her fluffadoodle and a child or two in tow.
