Anna’s job is to ensure the smooth running of our Water business in Aotearoa New Zealand and delivering the best to our clients across the motu (country). How does she do it? Keeps her people happy, motivated, challenged, and equipped with the right resources to do the work.
She knows the importance of her teams collaborating with clients and their communities and provides lots of opportunities for these interactions. It’s important for Anna that her teams truly understand the problems our communities are facing—then they’re better able to assist our clients achieve their objectives.
Anna helps the Company navigate regulatory change in Aotearoa’s water industry, supports changing infrastructure needs for future generations and climate change resilience, and brings into effect Te Mana o te Wai—this fundamental Māori concept prioritises the life-supporting capacity of water and underpins our work.
After work, you’ll find Anna walking her dog with friends, planning trips with her two sons, baking, or reading.
