She has decades of experience in water and wastewater treatment plant planning, design, and construction projects, and is known to apply innovative and cutting-edge approaches to her work.
Nicolle prioritizes keeping up with the evolving water and wastewater treatment industry to ensure the delivery of safe water resources for communities. During her career, she’s managed the Potomac Water Supply Program, a $400 million water supply and treatment program that utilizes state-of-the-art equipment, as well as the preliminary design of a one billion gallon quarry storage reservoir for the same program. Nicolle also managed the eight million gallon per day Lake Gaston Water Treatment Plant, a greenfield ultrafiltration membrane facility.
A contributing member to her professional community, Nicolle is actively involved with the Water Environment Federation and the American Water Works Association.
