Angie is a transportation planner and engineer with experience in corridor studies, long range transportation plans, comprehensive plans, public engagement, preliminary design alternatives, computer aided drafting, plan production team leadership, and environmental document writing. Her engineering and planning background work together to foster a wide understanding of issues and project needs, from the beginning planning stages through final design. Angie’s strong communication and organizational skills, enhanced by her passion for her work, drive her to complete successful projects.
Angie enjoys evaluating a project from both a technical and stakeholder perspective. She feels a successful project needs to solve a problem in a manner that is satisfactory to those funding and utilizing it. Safety for all roadway users is the number one driver in her decision making. She enjoys working in a group setting which is enhanced by her drive to foster open communication and effective organizational strategies.
When Angie isn’t working, she loves spending time with her husband and two young children. During the summer, they enjoy time at their camper in northern Minnesota where they fish, swim, light campfires, and play games. In the winter, they stay busy with school activities and exploring the many attractions around the Twin Cities Metro area.
