Tom has nearly 30 years of diverse experience with mission driven program development for public and private sector clients. He has served as thought partner, project manager, and technical lead across many multidisciplinary client initiatives and projects including resilience and innovation across the spectrum of land use, water resource, and community capacity building.
Tom strives to create value-added, sustainable results through a strategic, deliberate, and measured approach at a cadence that works best for the client, their stakeholders, and the broader public. He drew upon these skills during the public engagement component of the FEMA County-wide Floodplain Restudy Project, which created 1,800 site specific maps and FAQs for property owners impacted by changes to floodplain boundaries. Tom also presented 13 project updates to individual township governments regarding the proposed changes and impending ordinance amendments.
When he isn’t collaborating with clients, Tom cherishes his time with his family in their mutual interests in the outdoors and experiential pursuits.
