Erin joined our geotechnical engineering group as a junior engineer, gaining experience in the materials testing lab and construction work before moving into drilling and project coordination. Today, with over a decade of experience, Erin’s role focuses on project management, contributing to a variety of sectors, including energy, transportation, infrastructure, and community development.
Along with her technical proficiency, Erin prioritizes safety and enjoys coordinating internal initiatives that improve quality and consistency throughout the team, while promoting a sufficiently caffeinated workplace. Always the team player, Erin enjoys working with multidisciplinary design teams, mentoring juniors, and engaging with the geotechnical team comprised of equal parts humor, sarcasm, camaraderie, and brilliance.
When she isn’t volunteering her time as a board member for a local not-for-profit daycare, Erin can be found wandering the city with a coffee in hand, exploring cafes and restaurants, playing board games with friends, or travelling.
