Andrew leads the technical teams in our Energy and Resources group, bringing a dedication to enhancing the quality of our deliverables and emphasizing the critical role our technical teams play in the successful execution of projects. He’s passionate about creating environments where teams can challenge assumptions, apply creativity, be transparent, ask questions, and voice diverse perspectives.
With two decades of international experience, Andrew has worked in various sectors and markets including hydropower, dam engineering, tunneling, geological and geotechnical engineering, and the oil, gas, tailings, and mining industries. He possesses extensive knowledge of critical issues such as dam safety, water resource management and scarcity, energy markets, environmental impacts, climate change mitigation, and the evolving energy transition. He’s committed to ongoing self-improvement and indulging his innate inquisitiveness.
Echoing his value of promoting a strong work life balance for his team, Andrew spends his spare time skiing, backpacking, and coaching soccer when he’s not traveling for a project or pleasure.
