Alex works with our Water group in Winnipeg, primarily acting as the resident contract administrator on projects in rural Manitoba communities. She has worked on water and wastewater treatment projects at Barren Lands First Nation, Berens River First Nation, Tataskweyak Cree Nation, and wastewater infrastructure at the rural municipality of St. Andrews.
In her role, Alex spends her time on site liaising between our design team and the contractors constructing the facilities, as well as with clients during their site visits. While working on the Tootinaowaziibeeng Treaty Reserve Water Treatment Plant Interim Repairs Project, she listened to client concerns with the existing facility and discussed how our team could design a solution to suit the needs of their growing community.
When she’s not communicating with clients, Alex loves being outdoors with her dog Mabel and working on an off-grid cabin in Manitoba’s Interlake Region.
