Lindsay brings nearly two decades of technical and project management experience to her role as senior principal and environmental planner. Working with resource management, environmental assessment, and permitting, she specializes in facilitating local, state, and federal regulatory reviews and compliance for a range of projects. These include power and renewables, oil and gas, mining, water and wastewater, and land use planning projects.
In managing environmental constraints reviews and technical studies, Lindsay assists clients consulting with agencies, Indigenous and Native American groups, and the public. Throughout her career, she’s maintained strong relationships with agencies, industry, and interested parties. She has a thorough understanding of government resource development legislation, regulations, and policy. Lindsay also serves as the resource group leader, planning, for Southern California and Hawaii.
Away from her planning work, Lindsay enjoys hiking, backpacking, exploring California, and traveling to other parts of the world with her husband, friends, and family.
