Proficient in the design and proof engineering of various civil structures, Edna has worked on bridges, underpasses, culverts, and retaining walls. She has a thorough understanding of Australian Standards and American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) guidelines.
During her tenure as a senior bridge engineer, one of Edna’s most notable projects has been the John Gordon Drive Molonglo River Bridge. This 202-metre (663-foot) steel composite structure underwent a complex construction process. She conducted a comprehensive proof engineering review of the project.
Aside from civil structures, Edna's interests span triathlon training, baking, and watching professional tennis, reflecting her discipline, creativity, and strategic thinking.
