A proud Welshman, Matt is passionate about the work we do in Wales and the impact our projects have on the environment, communities, economy, and future generations. He believes that the buildings and spaces we create can have a profound effect on people—as they did on him as a child—so he strives to derive the greatest benefits from all our projects
Matt has significant experience in the design, development and construction of built environment projects—across the education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, leisure, and residential sectors. He’s built a depth of multidisciplinary understanding, from engineering and sustainability to planning, procurement, and construction. He draws on this to guide his work as a project director for projects in Wales.
As a regional director, Matt oversees our relationships, client development, profile, and delivery of multidisciplinary engineering services. He draws on his previous role as civil and structural lead in Cardiff, along with his advocacy for sustainable design, and passion for Wales to drive our growth and stature in the region.
When he isn’t busy with his latest regeneration project, Matt enjoys playing and coaching rugby, cycling, and spending time outdoors with his family.
