Located along the Bluestone River, Bluefield is known for its mountain scenery and outdoors culture. Sitting squarely in the mid-Atlantic region of the United States, it’s the highest town east of Denver and is known as “Virginia’s Tallest Town.”
The Bluefield team provides full environmental compliance services for assessment and remediation projects throughout Virginia and the mid-Atlantic region. Our team of geologists, hydrogeologists, geotechnical specialists, data acquisition experts, and civil engineers have the tools and expertise needed to tackle industrial, commercial, and land projects of all sizes. Our specialists recognize environmental conditions and can address concerns such as polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB), pesticides/herbicides, volatiles, lead, asbestos, and metals. We also proudly support our region’s brownfield program and have completed over 100 brownfields projects across the Virginias and Carolinas.
