When people sing of “purple mountains majesty,” this city springs to mind. It was here, in 1893, that Katherine Lee Bates penned the words to that famous tune. And the views from Colorado Springs today still inspire ideas that soar as high as Pikes Peak, at the base of which this community is nestled.

The area provides a perfect environment for our team to serve the water, wastewater, and transportation markets. No matter the industry, we offer our clients a broad range of solutions across the project lifecycle, from planning through to design, program management, and construction oversight.

We’re particularly proud of our work on the Southern Delivery System program for Colorado Springs Utilities, a nearly $1 billion USD effort to bring Arkansas River water stored in Pueblo Reservoir to Colorado Springs and its partner communities. But it does more than provide a redundant method of water delivery; it also maximizes investment in the existing infrastructure, offers future drought protection, and spurs the local economy in major ways.

And now that work has been recognized with awards from the American Public Works Association, American Water Works Association, Engineering News-Record, and Water and Wastes Digest—to name a few.
