Mobile, Alabama
In Mobile, Alabama, southern charm isn’t just a legend—you can find it while casually strolling down Dauphin Street. Founded in 1702, Mobile has long been considered the cultural center of the Gulf Coast. Little known fact—Mobile is the home to America’s original Mardi Gras and it’s still celebrated very year in Mobile and across coastal Alabama. And with sugar sand beaches and the Mobile-Tensaw River Delta (America’s Amazon) within minutes of downtown, Mobile is a paradise for outdoor recreation.
Mobile is also home to arts, entertainment, museums, parks, and historic architecture. Major industries include aerospace, steel, retail, services, construction, medicine, and manufacturing. Home to the ninth-largest port in the US as well as Airbus, a major aircraft factory, Mobile is diverse, progressive, and best of all—home.
Together with our state and local clients and partners, we have helped coastal communities and the State of Alabama by designing infrastructure, parks and recreation, habitat restoration, and water resource projects that improve both community and ecosystem resiliency, as well as the quality of life for the citizens of Alabama.
