Stantec, a global integrated design leader, has promoted two key professionals on the senior leadership team for its global Buildings practice. Andrea Johnson has been named senior vice president and business leader for the firm’s growth strategy, and Brenda Bush-Moline will assume the role of senior vice president and business leader for all markets.
Andrea Johnson
Johnson has focused her 25-plus-year career in the architecture and engineering industry on developing marketing, strategy, and growth programs, leading with vision and excellence. She spearheaded strategic campaigns and growth initiatives for Stantec’s Buildings practice, resulting in significant revenue growth, market expansion, and client retention. Johnson’s efforts contribute to the firm’s strategic pursuits, acquisitions, and group hires to support and strengthen Stantec’s capabilities and competitiveness in the industry.
As senior vice president and the growth business leader, Johnson will continue to drive and enhance the firm’s evolving practice. She will collaborate with leaders across Stantec to identify and pursue new growth opportunities that align with the firm’s vision and mission, enhance client relationships, and further establish Stantec’s Buildings practice as the world’s leading integrated design firm.
Brenda Bush-Moline
During her five-year tenure as Stantec’s global health sector leader, Bush-Moline pursued design excellence through a results-driven approach, producing a 56-percent increase in annual revenues and elevating Stantec to the second-ranked healthcare firm in North America. She also assembled a strong, inspired, and diverse global health sector leadership team, developed subspecialty practices, and established key client relationships.
Dedicated to the profession for more than 30 years, Bush-Moline is a recognized thought leader and industry expert in design for health, delivering well-regarded projects worldwide. She will bring vision, experience, and influence to her new role as business leader, supporting all markets.
“Andrea and Brenda have long been instrumental in Stantec’s success by demonstrating exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and passion for design excellence throughout their careers,” said Leonard Castro, executive vice president of Stantec’s global Buildings practice. “We look forward to their expanded contributions as they inspire and lead our teams.”
