Stantec opens new office in Greenville, S.C.
The new location allows the firm to better serve its local clients

Leading global design firm, Stantec has opened a new office in Greenville, South Carolina in the heart of the city’s downtown. The new location expands Stantec’s presence in an area it has long served, allowing the firm to better serve its local clients and the community.
Centrally located at 101 N. Main Street, the office will provide the firm’s full suite of services for the built environment. This includes planning, community development, water and wastewater infrastructure, and transportation infrastructure projects.
“Our new Greenville office bolsters our ability to deliver high-quality services and reinforces our commitment to local communities,” said Jeff Rice, senior principal at Stantec. “This decision furthers our investment in Greenville and allows us to continue to build on our long history of serving both public and private clients in the area.”
Stantec has served communities in South Carolina for more than 25 years, providing engineering and design services across multiple sectors. The firm recently developed the Swamp Rabbit Trail Extension Master Plan for the City of Greenville. The plan included policy and land use recommendations, conceptual plans for key redevelopment opportunities, and creative strategies to encourage redevelopment of private property and connectivity with the multi-use trail.
