Stephen Montminy joins Stantec’s Power & Dams team in Quebec

Leading global design firm Stantec welcomes Stephen Montminy to its Power and Dams team as the new Regional Business Leader in Quebec. Leading a team of more than 300 employees throughout the province, Stephen will play a key role in Stantec’s strategic positioning, overseeing operations management and ensuring the growth and profitability of the business line in Quebec.

Stephen is an electrical engineer with over 25 years of experience, including ten in the power sector, and has held several executive management positions. He specializes in operations management, multidisciplinary team management and strategic development. In addition to his studies in engineering, he also completed Harvard Business School’s intensive professional service firms management program. Stephen is an active member of the power industry, having sat on the board of Quebec’s Consulting Engineering Association (AFG) from 2016 to 2019, and having been a member of the AFG’s executive committee.
