Stantec completes interior design for 777 Partners in Brickell
Serene colors and rich textures reflect the premier financial investment firm’s brand

Global design and engineering firm Stantec has completed the interior design for the headquarters of 777 Partners, a Miami-based investment firm located in the Brickell Financial District. The new 24,000 square foot office spans across the entire 19th floor of the 600 Brickell office tower and offers sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.
777 Partners is a sophisticated financial investment firm and they wanted their office interiors to reflect that. We designed a space where oak and marble finishes compliment suede details to create an understated, but luxurious aesthetic.”
The design incorporates collaborative areas and open spaces that allow for specific groups to interact without the confines of traditional walls, yet provide a sense of seclusion within an open environment. Floor-to-ceiling windows surround the space, allowing all private offices to enjoy panoramic views of the city. Shades of grays and blues are prominent throughout the carefully selected furnishings and carpeting to reinforce the firm’s brand.
The firm’s reception area makes an immediate impression through custom fixtures and features. Stantec incorporated a hanging halo pendant light fixture, designer blue and gray Ginkgo Lounge armchairs and a bespoke decorative rug into the common area. The reception desk features light oak and bright marble.
Shared spaces also cohesively reflect the firm’s aesthetic. The central conference room boasts a gray suede paneling for a sophisticated feel. An executive lounge used for private meetings is located between the offices of the two managing partners and boasts elegant sofas and chairs. The office kitchen is also draped in light oak cabinetry with high tables and chairs where employees can dine and enjoy the views of the city’s skyline. A custom-made wooden ping pong table is located in one of the collaborative areas for employees to enjoy during down time.
